Splashing Into Summer

It's official...Summer has arrived! Unfortunately, so have the triple digit temps that those of us in the Central Valley know all too well. Lucky for us one of our local parks just put the finishing touches on a brand new splash pad! I've seen these before in other cities and always wondered why the heck we don't have one. We NEED one! They are perfect for beating the heat with little ones. So that we did! Jace and his favorite super cute cousin Leah spent the morning splashing, laughing, and having a great time playing in the water.











Yay for a new and fun way to beat this Central Valley heat!!!

Great Grandpa's House

On Wednesday we took a little trip up to Stockton to visit Jace's Great Grandparents for the afternoon. It was a great day and we enjoyed getting to spend some time with them, as we don't get to nearly enough. Jace got spoiled with LOTS of attention and his very own bag of Great Grandma Edith's cookies for the ride home. Needless to say, he was a happy kiddo. Here's a few snapshots from the day:
