Meet The Russells

Jace got to meet his extended family, and namesakes, The Russells today! The Russell clan made the trek to good ol' Fresno to meet little Jace and we couldnt be happier! He loved spending time with his "Old" Aunties (Welcome Auntie Mary Beth to the new title) and his Uncles. We missed Cheryl, Joe, Gary, Brandon, and the Kirkendall clan!!! We hope that Jace can meet you all very soon.

Great Grandma

Jace's Great Grandma Hawkins got to come up from San Diego to spend a few days with us. We had a great time and she sure enjoyed her new great grandson. He spent most of all three days nestled happily in her arms. We love you Grandma!

Merry Christmas!!

Santa was awfully good to us this year....

We got our precious baby boy just in time for Christmas and we couldn't have asked for a better gift! Jace had a great first Christmas! We spent Christmas morning having breakfast with Nona, Uncle Chris, and Auntie Monica. Jace even got to open his very first Christmas presents!! Later that afternoon Jace made his first big debut at Great Great Auntie Virginia's house for Christmas dinner. He met lots of cousins, aunties, and uncles who all love him to pieces already. By the end of the night Jace was a little pooped out, but Mommy didn't mind too much since it meant a few extra minutes of the ever so precious sleep that she is starting to miss dearly. Baby's first Christmas was memorable to say the least. Thank you to everyone who shared in our special day! We hope that everyone was as blessed as we have been this Christmas!

WELCOME!!!

Jace Russell Hawkins made his way into the world at 9:00 on the dot, December 19th 2007. He weighed 6lbs. 8oz. and was 20 inches long. We are absolutely in love with this little boy and look forward to showing him off here in our very own Hawkins Family Blog.
