We had two days of celebrating this Independance Day which made for LOTS of fun.
On Friday Jace's school held a 4th of July carnival. The kids had a great time at different craft stations and even got to watch a fireworks show put on by Uncle Sam himself! (The director's hubby dressed in a full on Uncle Sam costume! So cute!) Here is Jace in his 4th of July hat.

Later that evening we went to a BBQ with friends and to watch the big fireworks show at the high school in a nearby town. Jace LOVED the big "Boom Booms." He was dancing to the sound of the fireworks and kept saying "Wow!" It was super cute! Here is Jace and Gabriel, up to no good I'm sure. =0)

On Saturday we went to my brother's house for a fabulous family BBQ. There was swimming, margaritas, fireworks, and a ton of great food. Who could ask for a better day!?
The always rare shot of Jace and Mommy.

And what kind of sister would I be if I didn't post this horrendous picture of my crazy little brother?? (Even Jace is embarassed for him!)

Auntie and Leah

Leah watching the fireworks with her Grandpa Mario. Everytime they did a noisey firework she would jump around and wiggle her arms. It was hilarious!
